Delete your AzwajApp account

• Open AzwajApp and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is closed straight away: you are signed out on every device and your profile disappears from AzwajApp immediately.

If you can no longer use the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and ask us to delete your AzwajApp account. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

• Your profile, photos, and identity-verification images.
• Your interests, conversations and voice messages.
• Your guardian (wali) links and preferences.
• Your account record itself is permanently erased 30 days after deletion — it is kept, hidden and disabled, for that window only, in case it is needed to investigate fraud or abuse reported before you left.

• Keyed one-way hashes (not the values themselves) of a phone number or ID-document number that earned a launch offer, so the same offer isn't granted twice — stored with no link to you.
• If the account was suspended for violating our Terms: keyed one-way hashes of its email, phone, and ID-document number on our blocklist, until the suspension is lifted.
• Any record we are legally required to keep (for example, for fraud prevention or legal compliance), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it in your store account settings so you are not charged again.
